WHAT IS THE FEMINIST LEADERSHIP HUB?
The Feminist Leadership Hub is a virtual, community-driven, peer learning platform centred around Feminist Leadership. It’s a space where civil society practitioners can share and access resources, exchange experiences and ideas, and connect with peers in their region or working on similar topics.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT AS A MEMBER?

Learning and Engagement Spaces
Offering spaces for the membership community to learn and engage with each other.
Resources and Events Co-Creation
Building a directory of resources and events hosted by members and providing a platform for members to co-create with each other.
Community Governance
Participation in building community governance structures for the hub.

WHO'S BEHIND THE HUB?
This project was initiated by FAIR SHARE of Women Leaders and One Future Collective, with support from the Heinrich Böll Foundation and the Alliance for Gender Equality in Europe. The concept is based upon feedback and input from a participatory process with participation from over 60 individuals and organisational representatives around the world. The hub is currently governed and led by FAIR SHARE of Women Leaders and One Future Collective.
Last year, we did an open call for organisations to form a steering committee to support the development of policies and processes for the Hub. We were honoured to have these five organisations support our explorations of Feminist Governance.

HOW CAN MY ORGANISATION GET INVOLVED?
There are multiple ways for your organisation to get involved:
- Our vision is to eventually co-own and co-lead the Hub with a consortium or organisations. Do you want to build this space with us?
- We are also seeking financial support to run and further develop the Hub. Do you want to support feminist leadership in global civil society?
- We want to build a space for diverse practitioners to come together. Do you want your team or community members to join the hub?
